Rod Foster leads Covarity's overall strategic direction and drives its commitment to world class solutions for the financial services market. Rod has over 20 years experience in software sales, marketing and operations with Ironside Technologies, Bay Networks, Crowntek, and GE Canada. Rod holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition to serving as President and CEO of Covarity, Rod is a board member with the Better Business Bureau of Mid-Western and Central Ontario, is on the Board of Governors of the Grand River Hospital Foundation and is a member of the Accerator Centre Advisory Council for start up companies. 
 

As COO, Franck Hivert manages all aspects of Covarity's business operations, focusing on driving operational and financial efficiencies. Before joining Covarity, Franck held the Chief Financial Officer position at two prominent software companies, prior to which he spent 10 years in a variety of roles at Manulife Financial in both their Canadian and US divisions. Franck is a Certified Management Accountant with an international MBA, and a bachelor of commerce degree. Franck also serves as President of the Kitchener Soccer Club supporting over 5,000 players.
 

Dave Ronson is responsible for the strategic direction of the Covarity solution and leads the product management team in this role. Prior to joining Covarity, Dave worked in a variety of business and technical roles at both Cyberplex and MCAP. Dave holds a bachelor of business degree with a minor in computer science from Wilfrid Laurier University. Dave is also a member of the Wilfrid Laurier University PRISM Advisory Board.
