Course: Issue Manager

Description:

This course introduces participants to the issue functionality in the Lender Dashboard. Through hands-on practice and real life scenarios, participants will learn to manage issues to track completion of key tasks, monitor breaches and control activities that have transpired from a review. At the end of the session, participants are expected to develop guidelines to use issues with existing processes.
