For some loans it's critical to regularly ensure your clients are maintaining the financial standing requirements established in their loan agreements.
With Covarity, financial covenants can be configured as templates and customized for particular borrowers based on any value from their financial statements and off-balance sheet items. Covarity includes all RMA-standard ratios and further allows you to create, manage and apply your own. Once covenants are defined, the financial data your clients provide are automatically tested against them.
Covarity also allows you to establish early warning signals to alert you to potentially deteriorating conditions that may require additional investigation.
The Ratio Analysis module includes management reporting that illustrates how your clients’ financial health is developing over time. |
